GMDP.Expert ("wij", "ons", "onze") zet zich in voor de bescherming van de privacy van onze gebruikers, inclusief freelancers en bedrijven die op ons platform geregistreerd zijn. Dit privacybeleid beschrijft hoe wij uw persoonsgegevens verzamelen, gebruiken, opslaan en delen in overeenstemming met de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) en toepasselijke Belgische en Europese wetgeving inzake gegevensbescherming.
Door het GMDP.Expert platform te gebruiken, stemt u in met de praktijken beschreven in dit beleid.

3. Persoonsgegevens die wij verzamelen
Wij verzamelen de volgende categorieën persoonsgegevens:
Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and login credentials when you create an account.
Profile Data (Freelancers): Professional title, specialization, work experience, education, certifications, competencies, languages, availability, rate preferences, CV uploads, profile images, and province/region of residence.
Company Data: Company name, contact person details, and communication preferences.
Usage Data: Information about how you use our platform, including page views, search queries, and interaction with freelancer profiles.
Communication Data: Messages sent through the platform, contact form submissions, and information requests.
4. Doel en rechtsgrondslag
Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doeleinden:
Uitvoering van een overeenkomst (Art. 6(1)(b) AVG): To provide our matchmaking services between freelancers and companies, manage your account, process contracts and agreements.
Gerechtvaardigd belang (Art. 6(1)(f) AVG): To improve our platform, analyze usage patterns, prevent fraud, and ensure platform security.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): To send marketing communications, publish your profile in the freelancer directory (only when you explicitly enable publication).
Wettelijke verplichting (Art. 6(1)(c) AVG): To comply with tax, accounting, and other regulatory requirements.
5. Gegevensdeling
Wij kunnen uw persoonsgegevens delen met:
Geregistreerde bedrijven: When you publish your freelancer profile, anonymized professional information (reference code, competencies, experience) is visible to registered companies. Full personal details are only shared upon your consent or when a formal engagement is initiated.
Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services for hosting (Odoo.sh), email delivery, and payment processing. These providers are bound by data processing agreements in compliance with GDPR.
Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the rights of our users.
Wij verkopen uw persoonsgegevens niet aan derden.
6. Bewaring van gegevens
Wij bewaren uw persoonsgegevens zolang uw account actief is of nodig is om u diensten te verlenen. Wanneer u uw account verwijdert, zullen wij uw persoonsgegevens binnen 30 dagen verwijderen of anonimiseren, tenzij bewaring wettelijk vereist is (bijv. belastinggegevens worden 7 jaar bewaard).

Op grond van de AVG heeft u de volgende rechten:

Ons platform gebruikt essentiële cookies die nodig zijn voor de functionaliteit (sessiebeheer, authenticatie). Wij gebruiken het Odoo cookie-toestemmingsmechanisme. U kunt uw cookievoorkeuren beheren via uw browserinstellingen.
9. Beveiliging
Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw persoonsgegevens te beschermen, waaronder encryptie van gegevens in transit (SSL/TLS), veilige hostinginfrastructuur, toegangscontroles en regelmatige beveiligingsbeoordelingen.
